INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 2.5 cups water
  • 1tsp coconut oil

Rinse rice thoroughly. combine ingredients in the pot, bring to a boil, reduce heat to med low, boil for 14 minutes. take off heat and let rest at room temperature overnight.
