AVOCADO PROTEIN PUDDING

Avocado nutrition facts for 3oz:

  • Fat 12.5 g
  • Carbs 7.3 g
  • Fiber 5.7 g

Ingredients:

  • Avocado 3oz
  • 1 scoop whey isolate
  • 1tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cocao powder (optional)

Mash the avocado with a fork, mix in the almond milk until it is smooth, add whey isolate and continue to mix until it is free of lumps. Add more almond milk if you want a thinner pudding.
