Simple and straight forward. Good on pasta, rice, or your choice of protein.

Instructions:

  • combine ingredients in a blender.
  • blend until smooth
  • bring to a boil
  • reduce heat to medium-low, cover, simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large can of tomatoes
  • 1/4 bunch of parsley
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3tbsp oregano & basil
  • 2 green onions
