You are paying for an expert, a guide, and a system built for your success. If you vanish when the plan gets tough or life gets messy, you’re lighting your investment on fire. We’re not an optional monthly add-on; we are the essential active ingredient in your transformation.
Stop Treating Us Like the Police
Did you fall off track? Did you eat too many cookies? Did you skip two workouts? Tell us.
Seriously, we aren’t here to judge. We’re coaches, not cops. We deal with real-life struggles every single day. If you think we’re going to be upset, you’re wrong. We’ll be relieved you reached out so we can actually help. You are not the first, and you won’t be the last, to struggle.
Here’s the tough-love part: You are an adult. These are your goals. It is not our job to hunt you down for a check-in. When you fail to communicate what’s going on—with your results or your life—you create an unnecessary, frustrating gap between your current reality and your ultimate goal.
We are not psychic. We cannot read your mind. We only know what you tell us. Your success is directly proportional to how present you are in your communication.
Your Coach Doesn’t Own a Crystal Ball (Shocking, We Know)
Let’s just be extremely clear about our superpowers: We don’t have any.
When you hired us, you got a certified expert in fitness, nutrition, and behavior change. What you did not hire was a professional mind-reader.
Your coach only knows what’s happening based on what you tell them. We can analyze your stats, look at your videos, and review your food logs, but we can’t tell the difference between:
- A planned day off versus two days of pure emotional meltdown.
- Minor muscle soreness versus an injury that needs R.I.C.E.
- A genuine lack of appetite versus secretly hating the new meal plan.
If you don’t tell us, we can’t fix it. Keeping us in the dark is like driving a car and covering the dashboard—you’re going to crash, and we can’t tell you to slow down if we don’t know your speed. Stop treating your coach like they can magically sense what’s going wrong. You hold the key to the solution; it’s called communication.
The Fix is in the Feedback
Your program is not a contract carved in stone; it’s a living document that needs constant adjustment. But we can’t adjust what we can’t see! Keeping quiet about problems is the single greatest obstacle to your progress.
If something isn’t working, we need to know NOW:
- You hate a certain exercise? Tell us. We’ll swap it.
- The fatigue is crushing you? Tell us. We’ll adjust the volume.
- Food satisfaction is low? Tell us. We’re masters of creative solutions to fix calorie/food issues.
We offer 24/7 support because we know issues don’t follow a 9-to-5 schedule. It is never a “bother” to reach out; in fact, we highly encourage it. Building rapport with your coach is important, and clients that communicate get the best results.
Check-Ins: The Data That Guarantees Progress
We need data to coach you properly. That’s what check-ins are.

The Switch: If the Fit Isn’t Right
We are human, and sometimes personalities or communication styles just don’t click. If your current coach isn’t feeling like the right match, we understand. We have two incredible coaches, Angela and Chris.
