- 3lbs boneless pork roast
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener
- 1 table spoon minced ginger
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1⁄2 cup water
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325*.Place pork in roasting pan.Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cook until a minimum of 145, we like ours at 150.
