ADOBO PULLED PORK TENDERLOIN

  • 1 pork tenderloin fat removed
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 4tbsp dried basil
  • Adobo seasoning
  • Black pepper
  • Fried onions (use pam olive oil spray)
  • S&P

Coat pork in adobo seasoning. Sear in pan on both sides. Place in slow cooker. Mix tomatoes, basil, s&p. Pour tomatoes over pork. Set slow cooker to high for 3 hours. Flip pork, reduce heat to low for 1 hour. Check at 30 minutes intervals until it is fall apart and moist.
