- 1 pork tenderloin fat removed
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 4tbsp dried basil
- Adobo seasoning
- Black pepper
- Fried onions (use pam olive oil spray)
- S&P
Coat pork in adobo seasoning. Sear in pan on both sides. Place in slow cooker. Mix tomatoes, basil, s&p. Pour tomatoes over pork. Set slow cooker to high for 3 hours. Flip pork, reduce heat to low for 1 hour. Check at 30 minutes intervals until it is fall apart and moist.
