- 1 trout filet
- 1tbsp oyster sauce
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1 red onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 a lime juiced
- 1 handful cilantro (optional)
- S&P
Mix soy & oyster sauce & set aside. Preheat pan & spray with pam olive oil spray. Place trout in pan skin up cover and cook for 5 minutes. Gently flip trout filet and brush with soy mixture, put the garlic on top, then layer tomatoes and onions, top with cilantro, squeeze lime all over, add S&P, then cover and cook for 5 minutes or until filet flakes easily with a fork. Weigh trout separate from topping.
