Ingredients:
- 3oz avocado cubed
- 3oz tomato cubed
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 4tbsp cilantro chopped rough
- 1tbsp sriracha
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1/2tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
I prefer using a mortar and pestle to mash the ingredients together. If you don’t have one use a fork in a bowl.
Guac does not store well. Turns brown and slimy overnight refridgerated.
