PREAMBLE
Each program has been individually created to reflect your needs and goals. The workouts are based on your current level of fitness and abilities. The nutrition and supplementation plan are designed using a macro-nutrient calculation taken from your individual goal weight and/or goal body fat percentage.
With each program revision (after 8 weeks) the workouts will become more advanced and the nutrition plan will evolve to reflect your current state, needs and goals.
POLICY
The following are our policy & procedures for our 1 on 1 and online clientele. This page may be updated without notice and will adhere to everyone using our services.
CANCELLATIONS
We require 24 hours notice when cancelling a workout session. Failure to do so will result in a charged session. We encourage our clients to ask to move their session to another time slot on the same day in the case that they cannot attend the hour they are booked in.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for any of our services.
We always create all online plans within 1 week of payment.
We have put in the work paid for on time and we can hold your plan for you until you are ready to use it.
Our online programs are covered under the intellectual property rights. By accessing the links provided in the welcome email you have agreed to these terms.
PRICING
Pricing is subject to change at any time.
Pricing for Canadian citizens in Canadian and pricing for US or worldwide citizens in US dollar.
EXPIRY
Upon creation if program is not used within 8 weeks, the online access as well as online support will expire
If you have previously discussed a later start date you have 6 months to set start date agreed upon by trainer. If start date is not provided your program will expire in 6 months from creation along with online access and online support.
Sessions must be used within 2 months of purchase.
All online programs and log ins expire after the 8 weeks is complete unless you renew for another program.
All referral discounts expire 6 months after the clients last day on either program or sessions
PROGRAM HOLDS
We do not allow programs to be put on hold for any reason other than medical. If for medical reasons we do require a doctors note. Once you are cleared by your health practitioner we can resume your program and carry out the weeks left.
UPDATE: If you let us know about travel ahead of time (before purchase) that you cannot continue your program while away, we can allow a hold for the duration of said travel and then resume your program and carry out the weeks left once you return.
INFORMATION PRIVACY
Any program content shall not be shared or redistributed without our permission. Violation of this policy and failure to adhere to this policy will result in immediate cancellation of your online account and all of our services.
Part of the information privacy policy means we will not take on any clients who are currently personal trainers or who plan on becoming personal trainers. Unfortunately as a small business we have had issues in the past with clients stealing ALL of our methodology. This is no longer a risk we are willing to take.
BEHAVIOR
We guarantee that all of our clients will be treated in a respectful, and professional manner. We in return expect our clients to adhere to the same behaviors, in person and all forms of communication. This includes payment of sessions/programs on time. Violation of this policy and failure to adhere to this policy will result in immediate cancellation of your online account and all of our services, without refund.
