- 6 grams fat
- 6 grams carbs
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 packets sweetener of choice optional*
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1-2 tablespoon cocoa powder adjust to desired chocolate content
- 1 large egg Can sub for 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup water
Mix dry ingredients in mug, add egg and water, blend until smooth, microwave for 50 seconds, consume immediately.
