INGREDIENTS
1 scoop whey isolate
1 cup egg whites
6oz mashed sweet potato
1tsp baking powder
add almond milk to thin recipe as desired

- 50g protein
- 30g carbs
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients with a whisk adding desired amount of almond milk to thin the mixture. Lightly spray pan with olive OR coconut oil, heat pan on medium. Pour mixture into pan 1/2 cup at a time, cook for 2 minutes each side. Serve with sugar free syrup.
