INGREDIENTS:
- 5 egg whites or 1/2 cup
- 2oz smoked salmon OR 1.5oz cooked beef
- above gives 25g protein
- Veggies of choice
- 20g carb tortilla for base
- OR if this is a carb free meal use a keto wrap or cauliflower wrap
- 15g shredded lactose free cheese for the top
- This is less than 6g fat and less than 6g protein so it does not need to be counted in macros
- If you end up using more and fats or peotein is higher than 6g it needs to be counted towards total macros for the meal
RECIPE:
- Pre heat oven to 400
- If using beef cook it first
- Use a non stick dish like silicone and place wrap down
- Put proteins and veggies down first
- Pour egg whites over top
- Lightly sprinkle with lactose free cheese
- Put in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes
- Check by poking the middle to ensure egg is cooked through
- Enjoy right away or put into fridge for quick and easy breakfast the next day
