STARCH RESISTANT POTATO

INGREDIENTS

  • potato of choice
  • iodized table salt

Wash and peel and cut the potatoes into chunks. Add potatoes, water and enough salt to flavor the water. Bring to a boil on max heat and leave for 15-20 minutes. Drain and cool in the refrigerator overnight.
